NORTH PROVIDENCE

Helen Vishnoski, 96, of North Providence, died peacefully on Saturday morning, August 11, 2012, at the North Bay Manor, in Smithfield.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria (Gaidis) Vishnoski, and sister to the late Valente and Joseph Vishnoski and Victoria Remarski. She is survived by her brother, John Visneuski Sr. of Scituate; four nieces and nephews; eight great nieces and nephews and nine great-great nieces and nephews.

She began working for Trufoto Studios in 1937 and was their east coast district executive by her departure in 1957. She then worked as serving staff manager at the former Admiral Inn Restaurant in Cumberland until her retirement in 1981.

Helen's funeral will be held on Tuesday, at 8:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence, with a prayer service at 10:00 am in the funeral home.
